With over 25 years in Montessori education—largely at Riverbend School—Lynn has been a key figure in the school’s growth and development. She played an essential role in the merger of Eliot Montessori School (EMS) and Natick Montessori School (NMS), supporting the foundation for Riverbend as a unified community. Her leadership continued as she experienced firsthand the vision and construction of the new campus, helping to create a space designed for student growth and exploration. Having her daughters attend Riverbend deepened her commitment and understanding of the parent-student experience, enriching her leadership with personal insight.

Now serving as Director of Enrollment Management, Lynn continues to build and strengthen relationships with prospective and current families. She is known for fostering meaningful connections with current families, alumni, and past parents, ensuring Riverbend remains a tight-knit, supportive community. 

Outside of school, Lynn treasures time with her family, including her daughters, husband, and beloved dog, Bree. She is fond of spending days on Cape Cod with her extended family, enjoying long boat rides, family gatherings, and watching sunsets by the water.
