Suruchi Lal is a passionate and dedicated Montessori educator at Riverbend, bringing over eighteen years of experience in education to our school community. She holds a Master’s degree from Lucknow University in India and is Upper Elementary Montessori certified through AMS, providing her with a solid foundation in child development and educational methodologies. Suruchi is deeply committed to Montessori philosophy, believing that students thrive in a carefully prepared environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and a love for learning. She finds great joy in watching her students dive into their studies with enthusiasm and passion. Outside the classroom, Suruchi enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and celebrating special occasions with her close-knit group of family and friends.
