Joined Riverbend in 2023
Meg joined Riverbend in 2023, having previously taught for over 20 years in both private and public school settings. Meg holds a Masters Degree in Education from Lesley University. She has training in Orton Gillingham, Leveled Literacy Intervention, Fundations, and Responsive Classroom.
Meg is dedicated to understanding the whole child and prioritizing student’s strengths in order to support their individual learning needs. She enjoys working collaboratively with classroom teachers to develop a plan of support that best serves each student. Meg values how the small size of Riverbend allows her to prioritize students as individuals and meet them where they are on their education journey.
In her free time, Meg loves to hike with her family and dog, read lines with her daughter while she’s studying for a new acting role, watch her son play lacrosse, football, and basketball, read historical fiction, and experiment with growing new things in her vegetable garden.
Riverbend School’s educational experience is unlike any other and the best way to understand it is to see it in action! Contact us to schedule a visit!
