Natasha joined the Riverbend community in 2022 as a parent when her daughter, Sydel, entered the Toddler classroom. Her son, Brooks, followed in 2023 and is currently in the Primary program. She became involved with the Board through the Strategic Planning Committee in 2024 and was appointed as a Board Member in 2025.

Natasha holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and has spent nearly 15 years in the biotech industry. She currently works at Biogen, focusing on the commercialization of new therapies in immunology.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, embracing the outdoors in every season, and training for endurance races alongside her husband, Rich.
