Grandparents with student

Grandparents and Special Friends Day is an annual gathering that takes place at Riverbend each November. Our guests enjoy a warm welcome as our students proudly share their classrooms, showcasing their accomplishments with a spirit of kindness and hospitality. The day also includes an assembly featuring a variety of presentations by our talented students!

Who Should Attend?

We warmly invite grandparents, aunts, uncles, godparents, trusted neighbors, or any cherished adult role model to share in this special day. Grandparents and Special Friends Day provides our students with a meaningful opportunity to practice grace and courtesy in the presence of beloved adults beyond their immediate family—fostering connections that enrich our Riverbend community.
