Spring Concert & Art Fair

The Spring Concert and Art Fair are the culmination of the year’s work in Art and Music classes! Kindergarten through 8th grade students share their artistic creations and musical talents at this celebratory community gathering.

Art Fair

We begin the evening in the Children’s House playspace at 5:30 p.m. for the K-8th Grade Student Art Fair. Family members view original pieces in multiple media that reflect the imagination and creativity of our students. Light refreshments are served during the fair.

The Art Fair is open for student viewing during the day of the fair, and students bring their art home in the days after the event.

Spring Concert

Immediately following the Art Fair, the Spring Concert take places in the gym at 6:30 p.m. Under the direction of Mr. Meicht, the concert showcases students’ work in music class during year, including voice and instrumental performances. Kindergartners through 8th Graders perform, but families of all levels are warmly invited to join us for this wonderful concert!

For a special treat, the Kona Ice Truck is parked outside Children’s House after the concert for a sweet treat available for purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Festive attire is encouraged! We want everyone to be comfortable. As a day of celebration, many students choose to wear something a little special to this event.

Parking is available in the Children’s House lot and the Gym lot. To best accommodate all guests, please carpool if you can. To ensure the safety of students and staff, exercise extreme caution when driving on campus.

Neighboring side street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis on Auburn St (park on the right side of the street only, please), Water St, and S. Lincoln St.

We hope families will join us for both portions of the evening. Performers can transition from the playspace to the gym shortly before 6:30 to get settled before the concert starts.
